My Iceburg floribunda rose is thin, leggy, and droopy!!!

It's beginning it's second year, bare root planted. last year it was nice and bushy, I trimmed it back after first frost and it came back nicely, but now it's droopy, leggy, and thin. Maybe they sent me a climber instead? Can I trim it back now after it's first bloom? and how far back? The invoice from Edmunds said floribunda not climber, but maybe they made a mistake. Can I make it a climber?

Also, we have had a lot of rain here in Middle Tennessee and the blooms that are left now have pink "stuff" on them?

any advice would be appreciated, I'm very new to roses,

    thanks,
    Margaret
