    Jacobs Coat Rose Bush

    Hi,

My boss was looking for an old rose bush that her mother had when she was in her teen and that has been at least 25-30 years ago. All she can remember is that they called it Jacobs coat cause it had many diffent colors or roses that came on it /. She said, it had yellow, pink, red and others.

Is there such Rose bush or Rose shrub that has this on it.

    Thank you

Yes there is a rose called Josephs Coat and it is a multicolored climbing rose.

Joseph's Coat is a fairly comman rose in my area. You can usually find it in the bare root section at Wal-Mart or K-Mart in the Spring. I have an entire fence of these - quite lovely.
