Hello, We just buried a dear friend, who was like a grandmother to my 15 year old daughter. They gave her a rose at the cemetery. I told her we could take it home and I would root it for her (which I have done a number of times). However, she took the leaves off of it (not knowing this was a no no) on the way home. Now, I don't know if it is possible to propagate a rose from it. There are at least two good buds. I would try budding, but have no leaf or petiole. What do you think? WOuld I be better trying to root it without leaves, or is that an imposibility. She is pretty distraught right now. Thanks Very Much, Tom
