Climbing Blaze Roses

I planted three climbing blaze rose bushes last year. As these were my first climbers, I think I may hay cut some of the canes prematurely. I only have one cane on one plant that has grown appreciably. My question is this: will new canes sprout?

It could take a couple of years for a climber to establish itself and really start growing. Be patient and wail.
