thin canes on hybrid tea roses

after several years of growing various hybrid teas in my central jersey yard, the shrubs are putting out week and thin canes which bend when holding full blossoms. What can i do to change this behavior

thin, weak canes are a sign of a deficiency in the rose. I would buy a good organic rose fertilizer and apply according to the label.

Would you think this would work if not only having the thin canes but suddenly after about 4 years of flowering I'm not getting blooms?

You may want to do a hard pruning and just keep 4-6 of the strongest canes. Are you fertilizing? To much fertilizer can cause it to not bloom properly.
