    White rose pedals wilting

I transplanted and white rose bush, and for two days it started blooming and growing, but now the white rose pedals are wilting and turning brown.

Is this because of too much water, poor drainage, poor soil, fertalizer (I haven't used any yet)?

Bad time to transplant. Should have been moved when the rose bush is dormant and not growing (December, January). The bush is now dying back, wait till you see which canes die and prune them off. You probably won't get any growth this season. Give the bush fertalizer (1/2 strength), and water like any other rose bush (so the roots don't dry out). Wait till next year to see some growth.
