Winchester Cathedral rose bareroot plant--how long to show growth

I planted a Winchester Cathedral bareroot rose seemingly in accordance with all the instructions available here in the north central Georgia (USA) region two weeks ago.  At the same time I planted a Charles Darwin bareroot in a slightly different location.  The Charles Darwin sent out growth immediately.  The Winchester Cathedral has yet to send out any growth.  Should I be concerned?  These were mail order plants from a highly regarded northern online nursery--gifts from my grandchildren.

Hi Windchester Cathedral is a David Austin rose. David Austins are very hardy roses and I don't think you should be too concerned. Give it some time for the roots to become established in the new soil. Roses need to be located in a sunny area of your yard, so I hope you had this in mind when you planted.
