    cut rose flowers


     I hope somebody can help me.  I am new with the whole rose planting hobby.  I have some cut flowers and I noticed that it has new leaves.  Does it mean that I can plant it? If yes, do I plant it now or later? Thanks so much!

     Hi LuJG.....

    Nobody is expert in any task but after some time he become an expert, so you can start planting roses now and after sometime you will become an expert.....
