I bought an Angel Face rose this year and  it's just sitting there. No new growth at all and all my other roses are growing like crazy. What could be the problem? I am in growing zone 8b in se texas. We have had normal temps and rainfall and the angel face is in close proximinity to my other roses. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the Angle Face is a shadier location of your garden? Could be that it is not getting as much sun as the others. Check that it is getting 6 hours of sun. Did you add fertilizer to the soil when you planted it? Did you plant the roots in new soil? Roses do not like to be in the same soil that an old bush was in.

 I am new to growing roses so I don't really know much but my angel face is really slow growing compared to the others in my garden.
