dry looking leaves on my Iceberg rose

The ends of the leaves on my tree like 'Iceberg Rose' is currently looking very dry.

I have checked for blackspots but cannot find any,

Currently it is Summer in Sydney Australia and we have not had much rainfall at all but i am watering at the root late in the evening.

The flush of roses had been great but have now died down so i have pruned back the dead heads and am expecing another flush of roses in our autumn.

My question is how do i treat the leaves, do i just leave them and let them fall of or should i treat them with something.

Please help as i am new to growing roses and i do not want to kill the plant.

I would pick off the dry looking leaves and dispose of them in the garbage not your compost incase there is any disease.
