    ROSE CUTTING PROBLEM!!

Hi everyone. i was hoping if someone can help me with my rose cutting i bought this February 2007.

it's a species called "FLORIBUNDA- SCARLET QUEEN ELIZABETH".

IT HAD MANY CLUMPS OF ROOTS AND FOUR MAIN BRANCHES, I DUG A HOLE FOR THE ROOTS TO SPREAD AS INSTRUCTED, AND WATERED..THIS WAS IN MARCH 2007, AND I REALIZE THAT I MIGHT BE PREMATURE HERE BUT IS THERE A TIME FRAME FOR THIS SPECIES?. IT'S IN A FULL SUNNY POSITION.

    THANKS

    [WWilted Flower]

    Re: ROSE CUTTING PROBLEM!!

    Hi,

The roses bloom in June for US northern states and Canada. Don't know where you are living, southern US the season is sooner and longer. You can fertilize, but not over fertilize which will hurt the bush. Full sunshine is good to keep the mildew off.

     Have fun with your gardening.
