    Re: Black Spot

Black spot is a fungal disease that attacks the leaves, usually from mid-summer on. Each leaf carries millions of spores which overwinter in the soil. Remove and burn any affected leaves to help prevent spread to other bushes. There are a number of chemical (and possibly organic?) sprays that will keep it at bay is spraying is begun at the first sign of budding leaves and at recommended intervals thereafter. I hope this helps.

    Re: Black Spot

Hi, this is the first time I have ever done this, but, I have problems with bleack spot evry year on my 12 rose bushes. I have found that trimmig off all infected leaves and then spraying the whole plant with"Raid-house and garden" really works on this. I do it about every 2 or 3 weeks and the disease stays away the rest of the year.
