Two of my rose bushes at opposite ends of my rose garden have a lumpy growth at the base of the plant. I can't seem to find any information on this regarding roses in particular. I have however read about what sounds like Crown Gall in regards to other plants. Is this what it is? If so what do I do? If this is not what it is, what is it and what do I do?
