Hello, I live in southern ohio and have a yellow rose of texas, that is not flowering where it is. I want to transplant it, but I am unsure when to do this. I have had many people tell me different times. If anybody can help me with this problem I would be forever greatful
Thank you

You can transplant before the spring. Dig a large diameter around the bush so not to dammage the roots. I move my roses frequently when re-arranging my garden. I find that before spring is the best time.
