just planted my miniature roses two weeks ago. just fall in love with them when i saw how beautiful they are at the night market and nursery as well. the problem is there are beetle and insect that like to eat the rose leaves. they eat it and make it semi circle. they also eat the bloom. i also use pesticide spray to prevent this situation going on and on.actually i like to grow the roses in organic way and try not to use pesticide spray. but it won't work and it seems that i need to spray my roses. i plant them in clay pot.

Japanese beatle control is best by spraying roses with a insecticidal soap. The easiest way to keep your roses healthy are to keep weeds pulled away from your roses, because they compete for food and water, which are breeding grounds for insects and pests.
