Hello Again! I have had people tell me not to water my roses during the heat of the day. (Florida) When is the best time to water? I do water during the day but i dont get the water on the leaves. I water at the base of the bush. Any suggestions? Thank you

You shouldn't water in the heat of the day because the water will just evaporate before the roots can get any. The morning is best because then the leaves have time to dry in the sun so you won't get any fungal diseases. The evening is good too, as long as you don't get the leaves wet. That way the bush has the cool of the night to absorb all the moisture.
