The most beautiful rose I have ever grown is Fascination. The bloom is a blend of soft pink and apricot evolving into the deeper jewel tones of salmon, garnet, and gold. These colors might sound garish to some but the overall effect is soft and rich. The colors delicately feather and shift on each bloom and no two are alike. The plant itself is very healthy and the leaf color is somewhat bluegreen. When I moved away from So.Calif. I did not take a cutting and have not been able to find it in nurseries or by mail order. Many helpful salespeople have sold me roses ""just like it"" but none have captivated me like Fascination.
